Time is seen as something that wears out, that ages, that generates oblivion. Time Is what ruins things and presides over our death. It is something that seems to concern us deeply as if we were the ones who built it and measured it.

The splendour, the breakup and the return to nature are the phases that characterize the life cycle of all earthly things and with them also architecture: The marvellous act of creation generates the material that slowly turns into emptiness, nothingness, the absence.

But is not absence the strongest form of presence?

In the "eternal recurrence" theorized by Nietzsche, past, present and future merge in a synthesis. The universe is reborn and removed based on temporal cycles, eternally repeating a certain course and always remaining itself. In the same way, it's possible to imagine a coincidence between presence and absence reason why all that has existed in the past is also present and future.
